Pickup times are BY APPOINTMENT

9:30am to10:00am and 2:00 to 2:30, 

MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & SUNDAYS. 

9:30am to 10:00am FRIDAYS

 2:00pm to 2:30pm SATURDAYS

• Book HALF DAY 3-4 hours OR 

• Book ALL DAY 6-8 hours (lunch at a locally recommended eatery)

• All tour participants will be contacted by phone or messaged before the tour.

DEPARTURE DETAILS 

• Tour pickup is offered.

• You or your small private group (up to 4) will be picked up at most places in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. This includes any hotel, resort, air b-n-b, or private home. If you are farther north than Slide Rock (up Oak Creek Canyon), OR farther south of town than the US Forest Service Visitor’s Center (are located in Rimrock or Camp Verde) OR farther west than Page Springs (in Cottonwood, Clarkdale or Jerome), an alternative more centralized location will be provided for pickup. 

• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the tour 

• Hotel pickup is offered. 

 

OTHER INFO

• This tour/activity will normally have a maximum of 4 participants

• Larger groups for up to 10 people per van may be reserved at least a week in advance.  

• Not wheelchair accessible

• Service animals allowed  

• Near public transportation

• All tour participants must be 18 or above

• Outdoor experiences require good weather. If canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
